- 2 Promise Gluten Free Multi Seeded Sandwich Rolls
- 3 cans (85 grams each) of light tuna in olive oil, not drained
- 8 kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Red onion slices
- In a small bowl, mix together the tuna and oil that it’s packed in, olives, and red wine vinegar.
- Split 2 rolls, and divide tuna on them.
- Top with eggs, tomato, lettuce, onion, and salt and pepper.
