Ingredients

  • 2 Promise Gluten Free Multi Seeded Sandwich Rolls
  • 3 cans (85 grams each) of light tuna in olive oil, not drained
  • 8 kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Red onion slices

Preparations

  • In a small bowl, mix together the tuna and oil that it’s packed in, olives, and red wine vinegar.
  • Split 2 rolls, and divide tuna on them.
  • Top with eggs, tomato, lettuce, onion, and salt and pepper.
